How does delivery work exactly?

Usually it works like this: the customer orders from us for day X, let's say two devices as an example. Let's say for Thursday. We usually ask them when the event is. And the customer says the event starts at 6 PM. We get the delivery address from the customer, we get a mobile number where someone can be reached. On the day of the event they are contacted when we deliver, and we say we'll be there in the next 1, 2, 3 hours so they can prepare, or it's already been arranged beforehand. Usually the delivery is in the morning, the devices are brought there, set up, cleaned, the customer is contacted, the customer shows us where they want the devices placed.
